**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our Front of House staff in our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and providing support in all aspects of the food and beverage service, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and optimizing profitability.
**Duties:**
-Support staff during service hours and assist with ensuring smooth operations
-Ensure checklists and tasks are being completed on a daily basis.
- Support leadership team in initiatives and goals
-Trains and guide new team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
- Support banquet operations and special events
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in restaurants or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, food industry trends, and kitchen operations and serving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
